About Propartum

ProPartum is built on clinical expertise

ProPartum is led by a certified specialist in perinatal corrective exercise and supported by a network of trsuted experts. When your employees enrol, this is who they will work with. From first consultation to final session.

Co-Founder & Certified Perinatal Corrective Exercise Specialist

Kirsty Hayler

Kirsty Hayler is a certified Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist with 7 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer and 4 years’ experience as a Corrective Exercise Specialist supporting women through pregnancy, birth recovery, and return to full function. Her specialism is corrective exercise for diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and postural rebalancing after birth.

Kirsty founded Sacred Strength to serve women in the direct-to-consumer space.  The outcomes from that work are the foundation on which the ProPartum corporate service is built. Every protocol, every progression, every approach has been tested in the real world before it reaches your employees.

Kirsty holds professional certifications from YMCA Awards and Core Exercise Solutions. She is a member of CIMPSA.

Why ProPartum?

[2 to 3 sentences in her own voice about personal experience with the problem. Be specific. Corporate HR Directors connect with founders who have lived the work, not observed it from a distance.]

Sam Thomas, Co-Founder of ProPartum, Corporate Maternity Wellness Service

Co-Founder & Director

Sam Thomas

Sam leads the business development and client partnership side of ProPartum. With over 15 years’ experience in sales, business development, and recruitment, Sam brings the commercial discipline and employer-facing perspective that makes ProPartum a credible and structured B2B partner.

Sam’s role is to ensure every corporate engagement is properly scoped and effectively managed. He is the single point of contact for every ProPartum client.

Why ProPartum?

“A decade in recruitment taught me the difference between employers who talk about caring and employers who actually do. Watching Kirsty’s work with mothers showed me how badly the gap needs closing. ProPartum is my chance to help close it.”

OUR VALUES

Five principles. Not marketing slogans. Operating commitments.

These principles shape every ProPartum engagement, from the first discovery call to the final return-to-work report.

01

Expertise

Every programme is led by Kirsty. Where a programme calls for additional expertise, we use specialists we know personally and trust completely. Every partner is hand-picked. Every referral is made with Kirsty’s oversight and your employee’s consent.

02

Personalisation

No two women are the same. No two programmes are the same. Generic is the enemy of effective. Every ProPartum programme is built from scratch around the individual and her specific recovery needs.

03

Discretion

We handle the most personal recovery journey a woman goes through with complete confidentiality. What happens in a ProPartum programme stays between the specialist and the employee. No exceptions.

04

Evidence

Every decision is grounded in peer-reviewed clinical research. We never invent and we never exaggerate. If a claim cannot be cited, it does not appear in a ProPartum programme or document.

05

Partnership

We work alongside employers and employees, not for one against the other. Long-term trust is the product. A ProPartum relationship does not end at the return-to-work report.

Credentials and Insurance

The assurances corporate procurement teams require.

These principles shape every ProPartum engagement, from the first discovery call to the final return-to-work report.
