ProPartum exists because postpartum recovery deserves real support. We built this company on the belief that no mother should be left to navigate recovery alone, and we know that for many women around the world, the stakes of being left unsupported are far higher than we ever ask our own clients to face.
That’s why we pledge to commit 5% of our net profit to Fistula Foundation.

As an early-stage company, our giving will start modest and grow as we do. We’d rather be upfront about that than promise a figure we can’t yet back up, so each year we’ll publish here what we actually gave.
ProPartum supports mothers through pregnancy, birth, and the return to work. Fistula Foundation supports mothers facing one of the most severe and least-talked-about outcomes of childbirth without access to proper medical care: obstetric fistula, a devastating but entirely preventable injury, treatable with a single surgery that most affected women can’t reach.
Fistula Foundation holds an independent four-star rating from Charity Navigator, awarded across multiple consecutive years, which is one of the highest marks a charity can earn for its transparency and financial health.
